God cares for you, and for your health. Here is one principle of basic health that is often forgotten: Omega-3 fatty acids are special foods created by God, and are necessary for good health. Omega-3 fatty acids have Vitamin D, help prevent heart disease, maintain optimum blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and give relief from joint pain, migraines, and depression. You can easily add Omega-3 fatty acids to your diet by eating cod liver oil, flax seed oil, salmon, cod, trout, herring, sardines, albacore tuna, halibut, avocados, walnuts, tofu, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, kidney beans and spinach.

It is amazing isn’t it? Sometimes the smallest things in life can bring the greatest joy!
