God cares for you, and for your health. Here is one principle of basic health that is often forgotten: Omega-3 fatty acids are special foods created by God, and are necessary for good health. Omega-3 fatty acids have Vita­min D, help prevent heart disease, maintain optimum blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and give relief from joint pain, mi­graines, and de­pression. You can easily add Omega-3 fatty acids to your diet by eating cod liver oil, flax seed oil, salmon, cod, trout, herring, sar­dines, albacore tuna, halibut, avocados, wal­nuts, tofu, cauli­flower, cab­bage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, kidney beans and spinach.

It is amazing isn’t it? Sometimes the smallest things in life can bring the greatest joy!
