Bacopa monnieri is native to Southern India, Australia, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America. With recorded use dating back over 3,000 years, Bacopa is also called Brahmi which means “Expands Consciousness” due to its ability to calm mental turbulence and support brain health. Bacopa supports production of serotonin and brain cell activity, and contains flavonoids, amino acids, , and saponins.

Periwinkle minor meaning ‘to bind’ or ‘to overcome’, is native to Europe. This striking blue flower has a very strong and tightly bound root system which makes it difficult for other plants and herbs to grow near, and throughout history has symbolized unbreakable friendship and tender memories. Periwinkle is most often used to support healthy cognitive function and is also a source of tannins, alkaloids (vincamine), flavonoids, and pectin.

Ginkgo bilboa native to China, is considered a “living fossil”, as it is one of the oldest tree species on the planet. Throughout time, Ginkgo managed to survive due to virtue of adaptability, which can be attributed to its high resistance to all manner of environmental threats and factors. Ginkgo leaf is best known to support memory and is high in beta-carotene, Vitamin C, superoxide dismutase, flavonoids and ginkgolic acid.
